Middle School Athletic Coaches

At The Williams School everyone plays and our coaches are a critical part of ensuring that our middle school students have the guidance, support, and feedback in order to be successful on and off the court/field. We are seeking coaches who understand the importance of working with adolescents as they try a new sport, work with adults and fellow teammates, and face competitors to work hard, give it their best, and to put sportsmanship and honor before the need to win. With that said, we also need coaches who understand each sport as a player possessing the knowledge and skills to guide, to model and demonstrate, and to give specific feedback to help our students master the skills of the sport. That delicate balance of care for the athlete and a desire to fight hard for the win are the core elements of a successful athletic coach at The Williams School.
