Electronics and Ink Cartridge Recycling Program
Debbie Adams collects ink jet and laser cartridges, as well as small electronics (MP3 player, cell phones, etc.) in exchange for funding. Funding is used to replace printers throught The Williams School classrooms. Please place ink and laser cartridges in a plastic bag and place in the designated box in the TWS mailroom. The special collection box may be found on the window ledge. Electronics should be left with the front office with a note indicating they are to be recycled.
Target's program, Take Charge of Education, donates 1% of your REDcard purchases at Target and Target.com and 1/2% of Target VISA Credit Card purchases made everywhere VISA credit cards are accepted. Register your card for TWS at www.target.com/redcard/main.
Link your Kroger Plus Card to TWS. Register online at www.krogercommunityrewards.com. Be sure to have your Kroger Plus card handy and register your card with your organization after you sign up. If do not yet have a Kroger Plus card, enroll online or visit the customer service desk at any Kroger. Click on Sign In/Register at the link listed above. Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions. You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email. Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step. Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number. Update or confirm your information. Enter NPO number 89421 or The Williams school, and select the organization from list and click on confirm. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.
Link your VIC card to TWS. The re-link process must take place each school year and is effective August 1 - May 31. You can link your VIC card to up to five schools, and Harris Teeter will evenly distribute funds to the schools. How to Link: Simply give the cashier our code, TIE4369 and your VIC card when you check out and your card will be linked to the entire school year. TWS will receive a percentage of your Harris Teeter brand and Pharmacy purchases credited back to our account. This program does not interfere with your VIC savings or cost you any money!
