Practice Schedule
All practices will be on Wednesdays and Fridays. Race distance is 2 miles with the exception of the Norfolk Academy meet which is a 5k (3.1 miles).
***Please note that there is a meet on September 30, a non-school day. All middle school runners are encouraged to participate. Parents should drop middle school runners off at the school by 3:15 p.m.
